4 Aug 09 (5.57pm)- Parcel has already arrived at Speedpost on 30 July 09 @ about 9.50am. But till date, it has not been delivered to us yet. Rest assured that we've been calling up Speedpost every now and then to check on the parcel's whereabouts. As of now, we are waiting for the Duty Manager to call us back regarding the parcel.
7 Aug 09 (5.40pm) - Speedpost has declared the items as lost. We have already informed the supplier. All refunds will be done, once we have received a reply from the supplier regarding this situation. Please bear with us in the meantime. We apologise for this disappointing news.
10 Aug 09 - Supplier has already contacted Taiwan Post. Now pending Sing Post to revert back to Taiwan Post, who will then revert back to supplier, who will then revert back to us. Please bear with us.
13 Aug 09 - Supplier informed us that "台灣郵局已經請JJS填寫一張查詢單~ 會由台灣的郵局去向新加坡郵局調資料後再告知JJS後續的相關資訊喔~ 目前台灣郵局正在調資料中 待JJS收到資料後 會第一時間回覆您喔"
19 Aug 09 - E-mailed supplier to enquire about the latest updates, and they replied that Taiwan Post has yet to revert back to them. =( Will ask the supplier again on friday. Do bear with us in the meantime.
27 Aug 09 - Supplier informed that investigations of the missing parcel, takes about 1 month. Please bear with the us. "剛才已經去電向台灣的郵局詢問

因為需發一個正式的公文至新加坡郵局請他們做查詢
且是2個國家間的航包
會有很多繁雜的手續
所以查詢的時間約需1個月喔
台灣郵局也有給專員承諾
在查詢到後會在第一時間回覆給JJS
若確定為新加坡郵局把您的包裏遺失
一定會有相關的賠償喔

For Self - Collections:

For Taiwan Sprees (Direct Ordering)
Exchange Rate: NTD1 = SGD0.05
Accessories = SGD1.50 per item
Belts / Coin pouches / Wallets = SGD2.00 per item
Lingerie / Tank tops / Make-up bags / Watches = SGD2.50 per item
Tops / Shorts / Skirts = SGD3.00 per item
All other apparels / Small Handbags - can't fit A4 = SGD4.00 per item
All other Bags / Shoes - Flats / Slippers = SGD5.00 per item
