Announcement: Presenting Our Revamped Website + Some Minor Changes!

Dear Shoppers,

We present to you, our newly revamped website. Hope the new website is much neater and clearer. We also have a few changes to make, which will take effect for sprees opened on or after 3 May 2009, and also both Fashion Market #2 & Victoria's Secret #11. Please kindly take a few minutes to read the following announcements:

Announcement No. 1:
We are once again, revising our collection methods. We are now accepting normal postage, registered postage and self-collection for all items.

For Accessories, collection via normal postage, registered postage or self-collection is accepted. For normal postage:
1 to 5 items: Free
6 items & above: SGD2.00

For registered postage:
5 items & below: SGD3.00
6 to 8 items: SGD4.00
8 & above: SGD5.00 flat

For self-collection:
Free-of-charge

For Bags, collection via normal postage, registered postage or meet-up is accepted.
For normal postage:
1st item @ SGD2.50
Subsequent items: SGD1.50 (max. 2 bags)

For registered postage:
2 items and below: SGD5.00
3 to 4 items: SGD8.00
5 items & above: we recommend collection via meet-up

For self-collection:
Free-of-charge

For Clothings, collection via normal postage, registered postage or meet-up is accepted.
For normal postage:
1st item @ SGD1.00
Subsequent items: SGD0.50 each

For registered postage:
2 items and below: SGD4.00
3 to 5 items: SGD5.00
6 to 8 items: SGD8.00
9 items to 12 items: SGD10.00
13 to 15 items: SGD12.00
16 items & above: SGD15.00 flat (we will deliver the items to you personally)

For self-collection:
Free-of-charge

For Shoes, collection via normal postage, registered postage or meet-up is accepted.
For normal postage - Flats / Slippers:
1st item @ SGD2.00
Subsequent items @ SGD1.50 (max. 2 pairs)

For normal postage - Heels / Boots:
1st item @ SGD2.50
Subsequent items @ SGD2.00 (max. 2 pairs)

For registered postage - Flats / Slippers:
2 items and below: SGD5.00
3 to 5 items: SGD8.00
5 items & more: SGD10.00 (we will deliver the items to you personally)

For registered postage - Heels / Boots:
2 items and below: SGD5.50
3 to 5 items: SGD9.00
5 items & more: SGD12.00 flat (we will deliver the items to you personally)

For self-collection:
Free-of-charge

For all other items not listed above, collection via normal postage, registered postage or meet-up is accepted.
For normal postage:
1 unit = SGD1.00 (inclusive of bubble wrapping)
49g and less - 0.5 unit
50g to 99g - 1 unit
100g to 249g - 1.5 units
250g to 499g - 2 units
500g to 999g - 3 units
1000g to 1999g - 4 units
2000g & more - SGD10.00 flat (we will deliver the items to you personally)

For registered postage:
An additional of SGD2.50.

For self-collection:
Free-of-charge

Important Note:
1. For self-collections, please note the last collection deadline, stated in our mass meet-up announcements / items arrival notifications e-mails. Items not collected by the last collection deadline stated in our mass meet-up announcements / items arrival notifications e-mails, will be confiscated.
2. From 1 February 2009, there will be a redemption fee of SGD5 per spree imposed, should you want your items still after it has been confiscated.
3. Items not redeemed after 3 months, will be sold or donated to charity.
4. We are strictly not accepting any more changes in collection mode, once the items arrived. No exceptions will be made, unless you are our exclusive members.
5. Please check the relevant spree post every 2 to 4 days for the latest update, as we will not send any e-mails to update you of the latest status, unless items have arrived / items have been mailed out / refunds for OOS items have been made.

Announcement No. 2:
We are once again, revising our shipping & handling fees to lower rates, separated into more categories.

Shipping & Handling Fees for Taiwan Sprees (Direct Ordering)
Exchange Rate: NTD1 = SGD0.05

Accessories = SGD1.50 per item
Belts / Coin pouches / Wallets = SGD2.00 per item
Lingerie / Tank tops / Make-up bags / Watches = SGD2.50 per item
Tops / Shorts / Skirts = SGD3.00 per item
All other apparels / Small Handbags - can't fit A4 = SGD4.00 per item
All other Bags / Shoes - Flats / Slippers = SGD5.00 per item
All other types of footwear = SGD6.00 per item

For all other items, that aren't found in the above categories:
1 unit = SGD2.50
49g and less - 0.5 unit
50g to 99g - 1 unit
100g to 249g - 2 units
250g to 499g - 3 units
Anything that weigh more than 500g - SGD10.00 flat

Tops / Shorts / Skirts = SGD3.00 per item

For USA Sprees:
Exchange Rate: USD1 = SGD1.55

Scarfs, Belts, Watches, Sunglass, Lingerie = 1 unit
Apparels (Tops, Shorts, Skirts) & Flip-Flops = 1.5 units
Other apparels = 2 units
Jackets, Denim Materials, Small Bags = 2.5 units
Shoes (Flats) / Big Bags = 3 units
Heels / Boots / Other types of footwear = 4 units

Announcement No. 3:
Launch of new promotion!

Simply refer your friends to our site, and you will get a 5% discount off total bill (excluding postage charges) for your next spree purchase.

It's very simple. Your friends will have to place an order with us, and also quote your name, e-mail address and contact number (these particulars must be the same as per your order form, or your past records with us) in their order form. Once their order is confirmed, which includes receiving their payment, we will e-mail you with a discount code. This discount code must be quoted in your next spree purchase with us.

Terms & Conditions for the usage 5% discount:
- Each referral is only entitled to 1 discount code. Repeated referrals of the same friends is not accepted.
- No minimum purchase is required.
- Discount code is applicable for a 1-time useage only.
- Valid for all sprees and must be utilised in the next spree purchase with us.
- Cannot be combined with other discounts / promotions / members' exclusive rewards.

Announcement No. 4:
Membership Program

1. With immdiate effect, members who did not make any purchase with us within 2 months, after their last purchase, will have their membership cancelled. Once the membership have been cancelled, they will have to re-accumulate the amount and reapply again.

2. There is a change in the eligibility to be our exclusive members. From now onwards, you only need to spend SGD300 in a minimum of 5 completed sprees to be our exclusive members.

Note:
Only completed sprees (meaning items has been mailed out by us) will be used to access your eligibility. =)
