10 Sep 08 (9.15pm) - Last Call for Orders. All orders to be in by 11 Sep 08, 8pm!! All payments and payments notifications to be in by 13 Sep 08, 8pm!!
11 Sep 08 (8pm) - Spree Closed. All payments and payments notifications to be in by 13 Sep 08, 8pm!!
13 Sep 08 (11.59pm) - All payments received. Order sent to supplier.
22 Sep 08 (1.18pm) - Orders resent to supplier. They said they never received and we send in 2 times at least already. =(
22 Sep 08 (2.57pm) - Supplier has received the orders.
4 Oct 08 - Received instructions from supplier to place order via their ordering system. Order No 64521
9 Oct 08 - 6 OOS items identified. 27 restocking items
15 Oct 08 - 10 restocking items
18 Oct 08 - 8 restocking items

24 Oct 08 - 4 restocking items
8 Nov 08 (12.12am) - Restocking seems to be complete. Will check with supplier on monday.
13 Nov 08 - Finally managed to get hold of supplier's CSO. They have yet to weigh the items hence can't send us payment details. Requested them to expedite.
26 Nov 08 - Can't get hold of supplier. Please bear with us.
12 Dec 08 - Still the same answer from supplier. They have yet to weigh the items hence can't send us payment details. Requested them to expedite.
21 Dec 08 - Supplier is still not replying to our e-mails. If they did not inform us of the shipping charges by 24 Dec 08, 8pm, we will do all the necessary refunds. Our apologises for the super long wait.
22 Dec 08 - Can't get through to supplier despite calling them up the whole day. Has re-sent e-mail to chase them for it.
24 Dec 08 (3.45pm) - Manage to get hold of supplier after numerous calls. Again, they informed us that they have yet to weigh the items. Have requested them to expedite again and revert back with shipping charges by 26 Dec 08. If we do not receive their payment details by 26 Dec 08, 11.59pm, the whole spree will be cancelled and the money will be refunded by 29 Dec 08, 10pm.
25 Dec 08 (10pm) - Supplier reverted back with payment details & 3 more OOS items. Has forward the request to our Taiwan agent to make payment tomorrow. Paid agent as well. Our apologises for this super long wait.
26 Dec 08 - Agent has paid supplier. Informed supplier about it.
30 Dec 08 - Called supplier up, but phone is engaged. @ 4.20pm, managed to get hold of supplier. Supplier will verify payment tomorrow. Requested them to expedite yet again.
31 Dec 08 - Items finally mailed out from Taiwan. Tracking No CC001031335TW
5 Jan 09 - Items finally arrived. Sorting and Packing in Progress. E-mailed all shoppers. As our way of apologising for the long wait (though it's none of our fault), we are giving each shopper 2 pairs of eye masks and 1 randomly chosen accessories.
6 Jan 09 (10.45pm) - All refunds completed.
11 Feb 09 - All items collected / mailed. Spree Successfully Closed!!

For Collection through mails:
Total Payable = (total price in NTD x exchange rate) + (no. of items x shipping & handling charges) + postage

For Self - Collections:
Total Payable = (total price in NTD x exchange rate) + (no. of items x shipping & handling charges)

For Taiwan Sprees (Direct Ordering)
Exchange Rate: NTD1 = SGD0.05
Shipping & Handling Fees (for accessories / belts) = SGD2.00 per item
Shipping & Handling Fees (for apparels) = SGD4.00 per item
Shipping & Handling Fees (for bags / shoes) = SGD5.00 per item
Shipping & Handling Fees (for boots) = SGD6.00 per item

For Taiwan Sprees (Ordering through agent)
Exchange Rate: NTD1 = SGD0.055
Shipping & Handling Fees (for accessories / belts) = SGD2.50 per item
Shipping & Handling Fees (for apparels) = SGD4.50 per item
Shipping & Handling Fees (for bags / shoes) = SGD5.50 per item
Shipping & Handling Fees (for boots) = SGD6.50 per item

Note:
We are ordering directly from supplier, hence please use the rates as shown under "For Taiwan Sprees (Direct Ordering)." As we are absorbing the additional costs of either getting our agent to make payment on our behalf / telegraphic transfer, please do not request further discounts from us. The current promotion will stay, and members can get a 15% discount, as stated under the exclusive rewards for members.
