Announcement - We are back from our trip!

Dear Shoppers,

We have just came back from our holidays early this morning, and have received countless of e-mails and about 11 boxes of items whilst we were away.

Please allow us up to 48 hours to sort and pack the items and also reply your e-mails.

Once we have completed the above 2 tasks, we will then put up new sprees.

We seek your kind understanding and cooperation on this. =)

Outstanding e-mails cleared: 90%.
No. of parcels left unopened: 4

Will try our best to finish all outstanding items latest by thursday. Very sorry for not able to finish everything today, but we seek your kind understanding on this.

Updates (as of 1 Oct 08, 10.48pm):
Outstanding e-mails cleared: 100%
No. of parcels left unopened: 5 (1 came yesterday after we put up the latest updates)

All refunds for sprees whereby items arrival notifications e-mails has been sent out will be done by this weekend, 5 Oct 08, 11.59pm. Please do not chase us for refunds to be done. We hope you understand and we thank you for being so patient with us.

Updates as of 6 Oct 08, (10.01pm):
No. of parcels left unopened: 7 (2 from Target #2; 4 came today)

Updates as of 7 Oct 08, (10.26pm):
No. of parcels left unopened: 3 (2 from Target #2, 1 from Maymaylu #1 - we think so)

Updates as of 9 Oct 08, (11pm):
All parcels opened. All refunds completed.
