Dear Shoppers,We have received many orders which was not sent using our stipulated order format, and that is constantly slowing us down in processing your orders. With effect from today, 9 Oct 08, all orders sent to us must be in our order format. All personal particulars & bank account number must be filled in. Should there be a field not filled in, we will not process your orders. Please cooperate with us, as the lack of account number from you, is slowing us down whenever we are doing refunds.
Please stick to the Order format provided on the right panel of our website. You can either copy and paste the order format, or e-mail us for our order format. We would be of glad to serve you. Do note that we reserve the rights to not process your orders, should you not place orders using our order format.
Also, many of you have been requesting for sprees and then not purchase a single item from the requested sprees when we open it. It is definitely slowing us down in opening new sprees. As a plea from us, please only request for sprees when you are genuinely interested in buying items from the requested sprees.
Please also decide your preferred collection mode at the point of ordering, so that your items can be mailed out asap if you should choose postage. No changing of collection mode is accepted when items arrived. We will sort out the items based on collection mode as indicated by you at the point of placing your order with us. Our mass meet-up sessions are fixed at every weekend as follows:
Mass Meet Up Session No. 1:
Day: Saturday
Time: 3.30pm - 3.45pm
Venue: Bedok Mrt Station Control
Mass Meet Up Session No. 2:
Day: Sunday
Time: 12.30pm - 12.45pm
Venue: Redhill Mrt Station Control
If we can't make it for a mass meet-up session due to us going away or attending flea markets or whatsoever reasons, we will announce it in our website at least 1 week in advance. You can then pre-arrange another meet up session with us, either at our convenience or at our Bedok home, or simply wait for the next mass meet-up session after we are back.
Do also note that, with the increase in the number of spree items at our home, all spree items must be collected within 2 weeks, from the date where the items arrival notification e-mail was sent. Items not collected by then will be confiscated.
