31 May 08 - Checked Order Status on Elf Website and realised that finally they shipped our items out.
6 June 08 - Reply from Elf when we enquired about the tracking no.

7 June 08 - Enquiry sent to Elf to check parcel's whereabouts as it has been more than 7 business days already.
10 June 08 - Called up Elf to check parcel's whereabouts. However, as items was shipped via USPS and not UPS, there was no tracking number provided and so they are unable to trace the parcel. Currently awaiting them to contact us and inform us of the parcel's whereabouts.
11 June 08 - Has requested Elf to reship our order within the next few days. We require your understanding and patience. Thanks.
19 June 08 - E-mailed Elf to check reshipping of order status. For buyers who has no wish to wait any longer, please e-mail us for refund purposes.
20 June 08 - Called up Vpost as an e-mail of items from JA Cosmetics (Elf's Warehouse) has arrived at our address and a tracking number was given. Has e-mailed elf to check. Buyers who do not want to wait any longer, please e-mail us for refunds.
22 June 08 - All Shoppers please note that we will do full refunds, if elf do not get back to us by 26 June 08.
26 June 08 (8.15pm) - Until now, there's no reply from elf yet. As such we have decided to do full refunds. Give us some time and we will finish the refunds by this weekend.
26 June (9pm) - All refunds completed. All refund notifications e-mails sent.
