12 April 08 - Items arrived at our usa address, but there are some issues; Has emailed Elf about it.
13 April 08 - Elf has replied. Please see below for our question and their reply:
(Hi there, I just want to check, for the above order number, the tracking number given to me was 1Z4022F00349499362. But why was it that when the parcel arrives, the merchant name was JA COSMETICS, and the merchant address was 106-112 E 25TH ST PAERSON NJ 07514. Please advise. For your urgent attention!)

14 April 08 - VPost has processed our items, but the shipping charge are way too high at SGD500++; asking VPost to recheck again as the weight (54.8kg) they are charging is based on the dimensions of 32cm x 32cm x 321cm. We simply can't believe that a parcel can be 321cm long or high or wide. (Please be patient with us; we seek your kind understanding on this issue)
16 April 08 - VPost has informed us that they made a mistake in the dimensions of the parcel. The actual dimension should be 32cm x 32cm x 32cm. We are now awaiting payment details for shipping charges from Vpost. Thanks for being so patient with us.
18 April 08 - Shipping charges has been paid; awaiting delivery from vpost (approximately 5 to 8 working days)
24 April 08 - Items arrived. Sorting and packing in progress. E-mails sent out to all shoppers.
28 April 08 - All items collected / mailed. Spree Successfully Closed!
